With reagrds to Scribus, I am currently using it to do all our 
datasheets at work (migrating from Coreldraw). In fact, I'm doing it a 
slightly more interesting way. ie I have a Linux server running NX which 
allows remote access to the server with Scribus on it, a bit like VNC on 
steroids. NX is wonderful, it really does run well, ie you can control a 
whole desktop 1024x768 or more, 24 bit colour over an ADSL line really 
well. You can run it on much less ie a ISDN of even dial up to an extent.

This way, i have centralised the application, ie Scribus, and jsut 
install the NX client on user pc's. You have full control then of the 
settings for every user. So far so good.

If I get a minute I 'll get in touch with Jackie re Scribus. I did 
mention to her that there is now a Windows port of Scribus which is 
shaping up well.
