Its a small bit of freeware that I use with windows to delete files and
folders with odd names or that get stuck in memory/jammed
in some odd part of windows unknown to mankind, but it normally works
for me.
1.install, this will add a new options to the right click shell in
windows called "Unlock"
2.right click on the folder and press unlock
3.choose unlock, release, or delete
