[herts] forbidden on apache

i have tried all of that, as this is what i thought. but i cant change the
persmissions to my compact flash card, for some reason it will only let me
give read write access to root, but apache is running as root. even if i try
to view the page as root i still get the same errror i am a bit baffled to
be honest.
