[Herts] Meeting outside

The Standing Order has a license that doesn't allow children. Me and Dave
are 17. We don't want to risk getting kicked out and I am proposing sitting
outside.

Some people don't have a problem, but I don't think that the majority of
attendees have responded to the thread.
