I tried to install VMWare - on Debian testing 2.4.x - with the 30 day trial licence. When I try to start a new system I get the message that /somepath/vmware-vmx is not set-UID root but I have checked and it is. Has anyone seen this and is there a simple solution? Regards Robin Smith
