The basic use of apt-get to install is:

apt-get install [package]

If you want to run Postfix (which I very much recommend) don't use the
version that comes as standard for Debian 3.0 (Woody) as it is Postfix 1.x
and not recommended any more.

There are Postfix 2.x packages available in the Backports system
(http://www.backports.org/). Similarly you'll need to use Backports to get
Apache 2.0.

Alternatively you can just build your own.
