[Herts] black hole emails

Thanks to everyone for your responses. The definitive reply seems to be 
the reference to RFC 2606 which lets me do exactly what I had asked for.

It also became evident that I was asking the wrong question. The real 
solution to my problem is to abandon the catch-all email address that I 
am using, and only respond to emails that I want.

But that's a lot more work.
Still - if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right, so I'd better 
knuckle down to it.
