My personal vote goes to DokuWiki.

Nicolas, can you create subdomains on the lug.org.uk system?  If so,
perhaps we could configure wiki.herts.lug.org.uk and point it at
whatever
server we put the wiki on.  I could host dokuwiki if needed.
