[Herts] BBC consultation

Hello,

The BBC is running a consultation to on its proposals for supplying
content on-demand over the Internet. One of the questions is:

> How important is it that the proposed seven-day catch-up service
> over the internet is available to consumers who are not using
> Microsoft software? 

I responded to the consultation explaining why it was very important.
