[Herts] Sending SMS messages and phone calls for free for a short while.

I do a lot of Python programming and have been testing a nice interface 
at http://sdk.bt.com . This allows you to send messages and create 
conference calls in Python, PHP, Java and .NET .

It looks like it could be quite useful but you will have to pay for it 
in the future but is free and limited at the moment. The phone numbers 
have to be entered as tel:44798777777 .
