[Herts] LUG date javascript quick fix

hi,

I thought, instead of complaining about the date on the LUG home page I would 
do something about it.

There is a demo here

Should be very easy to intergrate into the current page, or could be used 
simply to check the date before a manual update.

If javascript is not your thing then please feel free to use the idea in some 
other programming language.
