[Herts] More cool Openstreetmap stuff

Hi Steve,
I missed the earlier session so would appreciate an opportunity to learn
about this. Probably can't make a Saturday in Stevenage but could
certainly make a contribution from my own area (Stanmore) once I learn
what is needed.
