The most interesting thing this report states is that "Broadband
advocates and activists frustrated by the slow roll-out of wired options
are looking to wi-fi to plug the gap". By the time the people in the
report gain access to wired access, the rest of the world will all ready
have wireless access at much greater bandwidth. It could be time to "get
in on the ground floor".
