It depends on what you want to do.

Depending on your needs, I think you could use one of these solutions.

1)MySQL + PhpMyAdmin
2)MySQL + MyODBC + OpenOffice
3)PostregSQL + UODBC + OpenOffice
4)HTML + PHP + MySQL (or PostregesSQL)

Finally, in the OLD StaorOffice (5.2) there was Adabas D integrated.
