[Hudlug] Ping Ben, Andrew, Other?

I need to run a perl script and don't understand what I'm doing wrong.  I have 
to sign a bunch of gpg keys, and was told to use caff, from 
http://pgp-tools.alioth.debian.org/    I can't get it to work, so obviously 
I'm doing something wrong.  Could one of you please look at it, and give me a 
step-by-step, assuming nothing, how-to?
