[Hudlug] Fedora

I am trying to download hopefully the latest Fedora for installation next week.
The latest files I could seem to find were on bit Torrent and the file
was something like f7rc2i386.
Is this an actual release or just a test version or should I bring it
on Cd when it is finally downloaded as it seems to be taking over 1
day via Bit Torrent?
Could someone possibly bring a copy of Fedora 7 just in case I end up
burning the wrong data?
