One sclug person looked in and said hello, but I have to admit I did not 
do much to ask for extra help last session.

I am still finding out what goes on at bracknell BCF etc, and getting 
the feel of the clients.
An important factor this time was the helpful presence of my wife which 
made it easier.

I will begin to offer more direct requests for wider involvement in 
sclug from now on. SInce I rarely get along to the pub meets, my main 
presence at sclug is on the mailing list.
I have not got the impression that sclug is generally quite so 
evangelistic or outward going as hantslug are, so a regular infopoint 
event will be something a bit different.   :-)

The occasional installfest at sclug is significant - my first install 
was there, about 3 or 4 years ago. I appreciated it and it gave me great 
encouragement!
