[Infopoint] Website upgrade

I've upgraded the project website to the latest version of Mediawiki
that it's possible to run easily on Debian Sarge - in this case 1.6.8.
This is an upgrade from the previous version of 1.5.3. Everything seems
to be working OK, but please let me know if there any problems.

For Alan C: Can you add your recent InfoPoints to the wiki page(s)
please, it would be good to help keep the site looking up-to-date.

I've not had much time to work on the project myself, but I've knocked a
few larger things off my todo list recently and hope to be able to make
more time.
