[IoMLUG] Beer? - Ubuntu 13.04 Release

Hello.

It seems The Railway is probably a bit echoey / noisy to allow for any
conversation, and apparently it doesn't have decent *real* ales(!)

Other suggestions are The Prospect or The Rovers in Douglas.

Iain says he's happy to come South.

Dylan is unable to make this one.

Keep the ideas coming. Hopefully we'll have some consensus by the weekend!
