We did one a few years back. It was OK turn out but it's just getting 
too easy to do the installs now so not much call for them.

Just throw in the CD and it usally works without much tweaking. If you 
go for one of the more source based ones then it get more fun though.

I know we've not had a meet in some months. There are a couple of places 
which are possible and the one I like which isnt free, at the moment the 
booking fee vs the per person attendance cost might be a problem (not so 
much if we have a good turn out).

Tips on the Expo or in general? I'm a firm beliver in pressing every 
button you can find as being the only way to find out how something 
works. Just play.
