[Klug-general] Ctrl-Alt-Backspace

None of any great importance, The X server restarts when
Ctrl-Alt-Backspace is hit but thats what meant to happern.

What I can't quite work out is if I've turned of ACPI in the kernel at
boot time and switched off acpid as well how is it still managing to
susspend. What am I missing?
