With chord middle, a wheel and middle click aren't stricktly necessary,
but it helps.
With evilwm you need the left hand on the keyboard to do anything with
a window, like move it forward, send it back, move it, resize, etc...
But, if you are using a maching properly, you are using both hands
anyway. This said, having a right click in gimp without needing the
keyboard is damn useful.
