Best wishes for the meeting in Dover. Sadly I cant make it, but would be
grateful for some help.
I am trying - I do it each year - to get Suse Linux going on my
computer. I now have suse 10, but the same problems have arisen, well
one only.
I can't get the modem going. (Intel ham 536ep) I have downloaded the
driver from Intel website, and have read the instructions. Most of it I
can do; but the instructions say I must have the ' kernel source
headers', which are on the DVD. How do I find these and recognise them?
Where will they be? Where then do I put them? In the same directory as
the modem installation files? Or what?
If you can crack this for me I will set up my machine in France too, and
those of some friends.
Thanks in advance.
