[Klug-general] Judge guts SCO claims | The Register

SCO's case was basically like Isaac Asimov claiming patents for the
pocket calculator because he thought of it first. The last ditch efforts
of a dying company, at least SGI haven't tried anything like this since
they started going under. 

Put up or shut up should have been said a long time ago, and they should
never have tried to extort money out of linux users for licensing. I
wonder what will happen when the whole sorry affair is nailed shut, do
those linux users get a rebate if they paid?
