Hi all,
  For security, why not try IRIX on an SGI box.
  There are lots of Octanes up for grabs at the moment on E-Pay.
  Industrial strength Unix on Big Endian MIPS at low cost if you don't want the high powered graphics options anyway.
  Rock solid OS and talks well to Linux!
  Sorry if this ammounts to swearing on a LUG forum 
   
  Blatant plug!... I've even got a couple of fully installed Octanes for sale:-)
