Two points seem to be mentioned: The first is posting a new thread with
the same subject, instead of replying to the existing thread; the second
being withing the body of the mail, putting the reply before the thing
being replied to.

Both are bad, for similar reasons; I don't seem to see people
complaining about the first so much though, and I don't know if there's
a term for it...
