If you are going to the effort of writing something to a public list,
you want people to read it. The duty of care is upon the poster to make
things as easy for the audience as possible.

Simply saying words to the effect of "sod off, just read the bits that
are done right" you are basically saying:

"That which is posted by those top posting is non valued trashed and
should be ignored"

In which case, why are you wasting peoples time by posting it in the
first place?

Either way, you are shooting yourself in the foot, with a large rocket
launcher.
