Based on some comments I see on here, I would put the mental age at
about 5 :p

That said, I am an '82 vintage. 

My first computer was a BBC model A with a whopping 16k of ram.
Wonderful machine, I still have it.

I was in tears recently tho when at the science museum not only did they
have a model A there, but they had the identicle monitor to the one I
have (and still works!). My equipment, which I still use, in the science
musiem. Makes you feel old :o(
