Suggestions for what you want from the lug;

- Help and technical support, bounce ideas
- Friends
- Sanity
- Lessons/ talks - perhaps two, an easy one and hard - need people to
come forward
- Help others/ learn new things
- See what everyone else is doing and 'borrow ideas'
- Diversity of the Lug - pubs, IRC etc
- Training

Generally agreement to avoid the need for funds or subs

Formal meetings

We would like the add some structure to the meetings. As such we would
like to start up a program of talks. These are the talks for the next
couple of meetings. We need people to come forward with ideas of
subjects to keep these talks going.
