You can have the hall as long as you want. I understood from what you 
have said that you are anticipating a time of about 10:00am - 2:00pm, 
but that can be altered as it doesn't clash with anything.

There is tea and coffee making facility available but no internet access.

There is car parking at the back of the church, toilets of course and a 
kitchen (due for refurbishment).
