Take a fedora cd, and don't use it, burn it. It's a symbolic gesture.

Now get your OpenBSD cd, and start installing from that.

When done, with your working laptop.

Pull alll cables from it. Place in a leadlined box, and setin a block of
concrete. 

Now you have something approaching secure, if unusable :p
