You managed to send an email totally 4.6KB, for what was ultimately 3
characters of content. 

I snipped out 166 lines from your mail before hitting reply despite the
fact that this mail is considerably longer on content, it is still much
smaller than your reply. As a user of a mobile device with severely
limited connectivity compared to those of use connecting via a LAN
connection, surely you of all people should be tyring to make sure you
aren't wasting that highly limited resource with such poor nettiquette.

You may also want to change away from the default signature as well.
