A large portion of the $44.6bn Microsoft offered was in stock rather
than cash so they won't be going broke just yet :(
Also at this stage it's an unsolicited offer, although you wouldn't know
that after reading some of the press articles. I'm not expecting Yahoo
to accept the offer but stranger things have happened and in my opinion
they have offered grossly over the current market value. So who knows.
