Or buy a new new raid setup and restore from backups.
My experience with raid is that it good but infaliable and should be
replacing the needs for backups. A good example was the raid 1 setup running
exchange on a workstation (bad I know but it wasn't my choice). One disk
dropped out and refused to re-join and the only advice the manufactuor gave
me was to reinstall, which didn't say say much for the raid.
