Nope, just another club, like KLUG
I'm a member of the forum, and regular poster, helping people save old hardware from landfill
I happen to like it, as certain members of KLUG happen to like ubuntu/centos/debian/fedora/redhat etc
just another distro but only smallfry in relation to the others
just something to stop my brain from edifying, that's all, in my retirement
