Hi,

I have just installed sugarCRM (http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/) at work, 
this is opensource but comes with several versions, the free version was 
sufficient for our needs, but you may need to check that it will meet 
yours. This is web based and is easy to set up on a LAMP server.
