[Klug-general] External DNS hosting

Dan,

kentlug.org is currently registered with 123-reg.co.uk.  I paid by 
credit card, but they sent me an invoice.  It cost £10.56 inc VAT for a 
year, and we have full control over the DNS entries. (A, CNAME, TXT and 
MX records.)

The interface is fairly straightforward - especially as most of it is 
about things they can do for you if you want them to provide Web host or 
VPS.  If you take control then all of that becomes irrelevant.

This wasn't a particularly concious choice - this is who the domain was 
originally registered with and it seemed simplest to take it on by 
creating an account and transferring it to me on behalf of the group. I 
could add other domains to that account that would help.
