I'm not suggesting that they are stupid. Hence very short and to the 
point and practical talks to give a quick overview and get people onto 
the first rung of the ladder with a program.

I'm also not suggesting that this is all we do. I'm thinking each meet 
should have a technical talk and a less technical talk so as to include 
everyone as much as possible.
