[Klug-general] ipv6?

As has been said by other IPv6 isn't widely adopted in the consumer world as yet, it is in use mainly within academia, large enterprises and Internet backbone providers.  

Even when it makes it into the consumer space much of the legacy equipment won't have v6 capable IP stacks so there is provision to tunnel v4 within v6 packets.
