[Klug-general] Crunchy throwable meteorology

Tonbridge/Tunbridge wells got about 5 inches I would say. No uncovered
ground anywhere. Trains completely screwed (although apparently
London/Ashford trains are OK. Buses started running around lunch time.
Main roads are OK, but country roads are pretty unpleasant.
