I vote for be*.

I don't use their DNS servers, they're cack.  bind9 wins.  They're
quick (ADSL 2+), unlimited download (properly unlimited), and don't
hassle you with caps and such.  They're also reasonably good for tech
support, once you get past the rather awful front-line support.  Be*
unlimited gives you a 1MBps upload (fancy).

All in all, decent service.
