Yes i found that one to. i'm a liitle concerned that the project hasn't 
been updated for a couple of years though. This either means it's 
perfect or it's dead

I found the distro based one i mentioned - it's called restore and 
judging by their website is dead as a dodo so bqack to sourceforge.
