Hi Julia,

I cannot give a personal recommendation but you might want to look at this company:

They seem to have a fairly large selection, but I would imagine that your requirement for focusing down to 4-6 inches may be a problem.  Did you want the camera to auto focus, pan and tilt or is it going to be a static unit?
