No, fell down about 5 steps and landed awkwardly because the rest of  
my body carried on going forward. I'm on some really heavy painkillers  
- dihydrocodeine 40mg, paracetemol 800mg and ibuprofen 400mg four  
times daily. The dihydrocodeine makes you high as a kite, it's great!
