Yes that does sound promising, hopefully we will have power for most of the meeting. But we would like to warn everyone that this meeting maybe ad-hoc so please consider this if you are traveling a long distance.

There are some good pubs nearby so we may break early for a social lunch.

We're sorting a mailing list post to warn everyone that things might be a
bit add hoc and have amended the website. we're a bit wary of people
possibly travelling a long way and being disappointed.

Colins going to bring a monitor so that we can use it for the talks if we
can't get a projector
