[Klug-general] Epson printer problem

Good morning all,
A friend has just asked me if I know anyone who can service an Epson 
printer, specifically the Color Stylus 3000, which is an A2 printer.

It has behaved well until now but has started misfeeding the paper.

Anyone know of such a service in East Kent? Apparently the Epson service 
telephone line charges 10p a minute just to answer the phone.

Any ideas would be most welcome.
