[Klug-general] CANCELLED - Technical Meeting Saturday 31st July

The July meeting is now *cancelled *due to a projected lack of attendance.
Only one person has confirmed attendance, and everyone else I contacted is
unable to attend.

Our next meeting may be on Saturday 25th September.
