[Klug-general] Gparting an active sda to install a 2o OS...

Ok ok, but I didn't have an XP cd on me @ the time of install, it's only a testing machine, & thought I'd just format the drive to install l8r...

Zotac-Ion, Atom N330 (dual 1.6), 2Gb, 40Gb Intel SSD.

Is there any way of using gparted to create a secondary (2o) partition on my fully partitioned sda for a dual boot?

Could do it from LiveCD, but just wanna know if that's absolutely necessary?
