[Klug-general] Installing subversion how-to

At the last Medway meeting we discussed source control.  I said I
would create a tutorial on how to setup subversion with active
directory authentication.  It took a while to get round to doing, but
here is the how-to:

I don't know if Wikihow is the best place to put it.  I just wanted to
get it written down somewhere.  Wikihow can be quite awkward to edit
once you start including code blocks.
