[Klug-general] graphics magazine made entirely with open source

Sorry, my flippant Hull being cold comment was probably too esoteric for
a Monday morning.

Working in publishing (As a DBA I have to mention) this looks very
interesting. It looks like its produced in the US, I wonder what their
reproduction licensing is like (If they can allow for it to be
printed/distributed in the UK).
